During my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that guest satisfaction was their top priority. The staff was always readily available to assist with any inquiries or requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my time at the Hyatt Regency was undoubtedly the delectable pizza served at the poolside. Not only was the atmosphere relaxing and inviting, but the pizza itself was truly outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the Tikka Masala pizza, which offered a delightful fusion of flavors that left me craving more. It's a must-try for anyone visiting the hotel. The accommodations at the Hyatt Regency were equally impressive. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the vibrant city of Cape Town. The bathroom was particularly noteworthy, boasting a generous amount of space and featuring a luxurious tub where I could indulge in a soothing soak. Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency Cape Town exceeded all expectations. From the impeccable hospitality to the mouthwatering poolside pizza, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. My husband and I stayed here for a wedding. We literally felt like the hotel staff was family and were always so excited to greet everyone when we left our hotel room or came home at night. Sadick was the best concierge ever and took amazing care of us. We also loved Kay Kay and Abu at the front desk. Thank you to these 3 and everyone else there for making us feel so special and safe! Also the restaurant, Urchin, was amazing! 100% recommend staying here.
